ph3The Opportunity /h3 pWe are looking for a Technology Quality Management Methods (TQMM) Leader to drive the implementation, governance, and continuous improvement of the Integrated Management System across our High Voltage Technology organization. /p pIn this role, you will work closely with Technology Center RD Quality Managers, RD, and Global Product Support teams to ensure consistent application of quality processes, policies, standards, and regulatory requirements. You will support internal and external audits, strengthen process governance, and use performance insights to identify opportunities for improvement. /p pThis is a great opportunity to take on a global role with broad organizational impact, shape quality management practices across an international Technology organization, and contribute to safe, compliant, and reliable products. /p h3How You’ll Make An Impact /h3 ul liLead the development, implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Technology Integrated Management System in alignment with business requirements, standards, and regulations /li liStandardize IMS processes, policies, and procedures across RD, Global Product Support, and Technology Centers, ensuring consistent adoption and effective governance /li liCoordinate and support internal, Technology Center, GPS, and external certification audits, analyzing findings and driving corrective action plans for identified non-conformities /li liMonitor RD and GPS process performance using defined metrics, data analysis, and statistical methods to identify trends, deviations, risks, and improvement opportunities /li liIntegrate customer feedback, Lessons Learned, NCR, and quality data into the IMS to strengthen processes and support continuous improvement /li liProvide guidance and training to RD Quality Managers and relevant teams, promoting quality awareness, accountability,
and consistent application of IMS requirements /li /ul h3Your Background /h3 ul liEngineering degree combined with strong experience in Integrated Management Systems, Quality Management Systems, or quality governance within a complex industrial or technology organization /li liSolid knowledge of ISO certification, auditing practices, applicable regulations and standards, and the management of changes to quality systems and requirements /li liExperience conducting or supporting internal and external audits and managing non-conformities and corrective action plans; Lead Auditor or Internal Auditor certification is highly valuable /li liExperience in process performance management, analytics, continuous improvement, and the standardization of cross-functional business processes /li liKnowledge of RD and product development quality processes, including Gate Models, APQP, New Product Introduction, or Global Product Support environments /li liStrong communication and stakeholder management skills in an international environment; Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt and project management knowledge are valuable /li /ul h3More About Us /h3 pWe believe great work thrives in an environment where people feel genuinely supported and fairly rewarded.
