We're looking for an Account Operations Specialist (belonging to L68/99) to join the Operations team at InPost Italy.
About your role
- Manage partners’ relationships, being the operational contact person for the whole process, from onboarding to locker installations
- Monitor and update company databases, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date, including partner data, project details, and other key information necessary for operations
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Deployment, and Administration teams to boost communication and workflow, improving both customer experience and internal processes
- Provide and analyze performance data, generating regular reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement
- Provide quality support for your team and partners (escalations, follow-ups, updates)
