Compensation & Benefits: In line with our commitment to transparency and people development, the gross annual salary (RAL) for this position ranges between €31.000,00 and € 44.000,00 commensurate with experience and skills. The position is covered by the 'CCNL Commercio e Terziario' (National Collective Labor Agreement for Commerce and Service Sector), alongside a benefits package that includes meal vouchers,
wellbeing initiatives (including Wellhub), and growth opportunities.
Role and responsibilities
We are lookingfor a Change Management Consultant for our Italian Offices based in Milan, Rome, Turin.
Avvale’s Change Management team is responsible for supporting our clients in managing change through the definition of strategies and planning of specific actions on the issues of communication, training and redesign of organizations.
As part of the team, you will:
- Be responsible for customer relations, promoting business development in terms of assist and support client companies in organizational transformations linked to the introduction of new technologies and/or new service perimeters;
- Have the opportunity to work in the definition or revision of organizational models, operational efficiency, definition of new organizational models;
