About the Company YIBI Group is a global manufacturing partner specializing in luxury leather goods hardware, high-end fashion jewelry, and precision metal components. We support international brands from hardware development and engineering through manufacturing, finishing, assembly, and scalable production. We are looking for a Sourcing Manager based in Italy with a strong understanding of leather goods, accessories, components, and supplier collaboration.
The role connects Italy's product-development and sourcing ecosystem with YIBI's manufacturing capabilities. Build relationships with sourcing, product-development, and supplier-management teams. Identify relevant leather goods and accessories development opportunities.
Provide insights into supplier requirements, product specifications, cost, quality,
and lead-time expectations. Support discussions between Italian product teams and YIBI's engineering and manufacturing teams. Monitor developments within the Italian leather goods and accessories supply chain.
Experience in sourcing, leather goods, accessories, product development, or supplier management. Familiarity with hardware, metal components, and manufacturing processes is preferred. Strong commercial and product understanding. Remote, contract-based and project-oriented. Strong understanding of leather goods and accessories. Supplier collaboration experience.
