We are looking for a motivated and organized Training & Development Assistant Intern to support our HR team with employee training, onboarding, e-learning and development activities.

We are looking for a motivated and organized Training & Development Assistant Intern to support our HR team with employee training, onboarding, e-learning and development activities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the planning and coordination of internal and external training
- Maintain training records and update activities in our system
- Assist with onboarding and induction plans for new employees
- Managing employees’ remote working agreements
- Updating the company organizational chart
- Support corporate e-learning platforms and employee skills assessments
- Coordinate the collection and updating of employee CVs
- Assist with audits, inspections and HR documentation when required
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree, preferably in HR, business, psychology, or a related field
- Native Italian and excellent English, both written and verbal
- Good Microsoft Office skills
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Team-oriented, proactive and eager to learn
