MAIN TASKS:
- Management of vendors master data;
- Contracts management and repository;
- Vendors qualification management;
- Purchase orders and purchase requisitions;
- Support to the cost allocation, on the basis of the PO;
- Support to the business lines for any procurement activity.
Moreover, the candidate will have the chance to:
- Be involved in the optimization of internal processes;
- Support other Company departments in the contracts management (qualification, subcontracting, policies, penalties, accounting)à) and its invoicing;
- Be involved in the vendors selection;
- Manage vendors operational, economic and sustainability KPIs.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- A Master’s degree in Economics is preferred;
- Experience of 2 to 4 years in the procurement office of a middle/big company
- Good knowledge of procurement processes, the regulations governing contracts between companies and suppliers, and business requirements;
- Good knowledge of MS Officebuon utilizzo degli strumenti informatici;
- Good command of English;
- Ability to self-organize and problem solving.
