What does the company do?
The company is building the first General Hosting Platform: drag, drop, deploy, and no configuration. The product is real, early, and improving fast. They recently closed their pre-seed round and are growing the team.
What’s it like working here?
The environment features a small team, short feedback loops, and no layers. You will work closely with their co-founder, who leads design, taking on more of the day-to-day execution so things move faster without losing consistency.
The challenge: turning technical concepts into frictionless UI
Your job is to get Jade known: build awareness, make content, stay on top of trends and news to spot marketing opportunities, understand the press landscape, come up with new formats, and develop unconventional ideas while running creators and affiliates.
Key responsibilities include
- Grow Jade's social channels with content made for the platform it runs on and for the people who hang out there.
- Make content yourself: video, demos, threads, teardowns, memes.
- Create new formats and test them, with the freedom to try things we have never done.
- Run creators and affiliates: find them, reach out, keep the relationship going and understand what they actually bring in.
- Tell the story of the projects people put online with Jade. They are the best thing we have to show, and they turn into showcases, stories and launches.
- Make video content with AI, both to produce faster and to try formats that would not exist without it.
- Launch plenty of initiatives and measure which ones work, so we know where to double down.
Who are we looking for? We care more about soft skills than hard ones.
- You have already made content that worked. Your own personal accounts or your own projects count just the same.
- You can take a piece of content from idea to published on your own, writing and editing included.
The offer
- Compensation of 1,000 euro per month
- On-site location in Bologna, Italy, 5 days a week.
- Immediate start (immediate availability is strongly preferred as this is an urgent hire).
