Mechanical Engineer

Purpose
The Mechanical Engineer will join our R&D; team, working closely with a Senior R&D; Mechanical Designer to develop innovative solutions for our product portfolio. The role begins with customer requirements and transforms them into concrete technical concepts to support product development. This position plays a key role in continuous improvement activities and contributes to the evolution of our technologies through hands-on design and collaboration.
General Responsibilities
You will actively participate in all phases of the product development cycle, including:
- Conducting initial studies, technical analyses, and feasibility assessments.
- Designing components and assemblies, supporting prototyping activities, and refining concepts.
- Managing Bills of Materials (BOM) and collaborating closely with suppliers.
- Supporting the transition from prototype to production, ensuring manufacturability and alignment with internal processes.
- Collaborating with the Quality Control team, Operations,
and the Moulding Department to ensure consistency and technical accuracy throughout product development.
Required Experience & Education
- Technical diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Knowledge of Creo and Windchill.
- Previous experience within an R&D; or Technical Office environment.
- Basic understanding of electrical systems (preferred).
- Strong teamwork and communication abilities.
- Flexibility and a proactive mindset.
- Creativity and an innovative approach to problem-solving.
- Strong analytical thinking and planning skills.
- Curiosity, open-mindedness, and the ability to adapt to evolving priorities.
The offer includes direct employment with the company on a permanent contract, with a gross annual salary ranging from €34,000 to €45,000.
