This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong Electrical Engineer looking to take aleadership role across electrical design, engineering coordination, installation, commissioning and handover.

With a significant pipeline of projects for the next5+ years , this position offers long-term stability, career development and the opportunity to work on some of Europe's most technically advanced engineering projects.

The Opportunity

AsLead Electrical Engineer , you will take responsibility for electrical engineering activities throughout the project lifecycle, working closely with the Project Manager, design team, BIM, construction teams, vendors and client.

You'll ensure electrical designs are technically robust, constructible and compliant, while supporting successful installation, commissioning and handover.

This is a hands-on leadership position offering significant technical responsibility and the opportunity tolead engineering activities and mentor junior engineers.

Key Responsibilities

Lead electrical engineering anddesign management activitiesthroughout the project

Review electrical designs and specifications, identifyinggaps, clashes and technical risks

Validatecable sizing,



technical assessments and electrical solutions

Prepare and manage electricaltechnical submittals and approvals

Coordinate electrical equipment procurement, delivery and technical compliance

Work closely with BIM and construction teams to ensure designs areconstructible and coordinated

Liaise with clients, designers, vendors and subcontractors to resolve technical issues

Monitor engineering and installation progress against the construction programme

Conductelectrical system walk-downsto verify compliance with drawings and specifications

Coordinate testing, commissioning and handover activities

Compile and managetest packs, FTOPs and O&Ms;

Manage specialist vendors throughout commissioning

Provide technical support to estimating, procurement, commercial and project bid teams

Support QA processes and continuous improvement initiatives

Mentor and coach junior engineers and graduatesWhat We're Looking For:

We're looking to speak with experienced Electrical Engineers with a strong background inbuilding services, data centres or technically complex construction projects.

You'll ideally have

3rd level qualification inElectrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering





7+ years' project engineering experience , preferably within construction

Strong experience withLV and MV electrical systems

Proven experience delivering projects withinData Centre, Commercial, Industrial or Pharmaceutical environments

Knowledge ofBS7671, ETCI, Building Regulations, EN and IEC standards

Experience withAmtech, Dialux, Auto CAD 2 D, Adobe Pro and MS Office

Strong experience managingclients, vendors, contractors and design teams

Experience with technical reviews, assessments and submittals

Strong commercial awareness and project management skills

Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving abilities

Ability to lead, influence and manage multiple priorities

Strong focus onEHS, quality and work management processes
