For a multinational company specialized in developing and manufacturing medical devices and surgical products we are looking for a Customer Service Representative. The resource will be responsible for maintaining high level of customers' satisfaction through the proactive management of back orders for impacted products/customer.
We offer a tempo pieno fixed term contract until the end of January 2027. Hybrid work position be accountable for outbound calls to the assigned customers in order to offer alternative products in substitution; Manage the replacement offer and the order processing, following guidelines and procedures Track and report all the interactions with the customers recording on the dedicated system all the orders, changes, cancellations, delivery dates, application of products, and pricing. xrdztoy Responsible for summarizing and analyzing data and reporting of results; Collaborate with the sales force communicating with a sched University degree or equivalent Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) Knowledge of SAP will is a plus Good level of English Ability to adapt to new systems and procedures.
