Your opportunity La risorsa verrà inserita nel team ICT per le nostre sedi di Padova/Milano, riportando all'Infrastructure & Service Senior Manager. Collaborerà con il team IT Digital e IT Infrastructure nell'implementazione e manutenzione delle pipeline CI/CD a supporto di un ecosistema ibrido Azure + on-premise, basato su Kubernetes (Rancher), Argo CD e Harbor.
How you will contribute
- Progettare, implementare e mantenere pipeline CI/CD su Azure DevOps per applicazioni distribuite su Azure e su cluster Kubernetes on-premise
- Automatizzare il rilascio applicativo secondo un approccio GitOps (Argo CD), gestendo build, versionamento e distribuzione delle immagini container su Harbor
- Gestire l'infrastruttura as code tramite Terraform, garantendo coerenza e ripetibilità tra gli ambienti
- Integrare controlli di sicurezza automatizzati nelle pipeline (vulnerability scanning delle immagini container e delle configurazioni IaC con Trivy)
- Facilitare la comunicazione e la collaborazione tra IT Digital, i team di sviluppo esterni e l'IT Infrastructure
- Proporre e implementare miglioramenti ai processi e agli strumenti esistenti in ambito DevOps
- Mantenere aggiornata la knowledge base interna e la documentazione tecnica
Who you are Requisiti tecnici
- 4+ anni di esperienza in ruoli DevOps / Platform Engineering
- Solida esperienza su Terraform
- Azure DevOps (Pipelines, Repos, Artifacts) e padronanza di Git e delle branching strategy
- Azure (IaaS/PaaS, AKS)
- Docker e Kubernetes in ambienti di produzione
- Approccio GitOps con Argo CD (o Flux)
- Scripting e automazione in Python e Bash
- Capacità di leggere e intervenire su codebase C#/.NET e Go
Nice to have
- Rancher, Harbor, Trivy
- Secrets management con Azure Key Vault
- Observability (Prometheus, Grafana)
Requisiti trasversali
- Laurea in Ingegneria Informatica o similare, o esperienza lavorativa equivalente nel settore (preferibile)
- Buone capacità di comunicazione
- Buon business English
- Spirito di collaborazione e teamwork
- Disponibilità a trasferte di breve/medio periodo, anche all'estero
