Here at Dimov Tax we are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Junior Tax Accountant / Data Entry Specialist to support our tax preparation team. This role is responsible for accurately entering and organizing client tax information into Intuit ProConnect Tax, maintaining confidential records, and assisting tax professionals with administrative and data processing tasks during tax season and throughout the year. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, basic accounting knowledge, and the ability to manage sensitive financial information with accuracy and professionalism.

Verify data accuracy before submission to senior tax preparers or accountants. Follow established tax office procedures and data security protocols. Support tax professionals with administrative and clerical tasks as needed.





High school diploma required; Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred. Basic understanding of accounting or tax concepts.

Experience with data entry or administrative work preferred. Familiarity with Intuit ProConnect Tax or other tax software is a plus. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and document management systems. Fast and accurate typing/data entry skills.

Experience working in a tax office, bookkeeping firm, or accounting environment preferred. Remote. Collaborative team environment with opportunities for growth in accounting and tax preparation.
