and corporate governanceSpecifically you will be tasked with:providing ongoing consultancy to companies on indirect tax matters;expressing opinions on the application of indirect taxes on domestic and cross-border transactions; analysing the VAT and direct tax impacts of corporate finance transactions (sales of companies, mergers, demergers, contributions, etc.) and domestic and international corporate restructuring; analysing the tax risks by conducting internal audits and preparing operating procedures;VAT due diligence; VAT compliance.You will be involved in national and international projects, working alongside highly qualified professionals and acquiring top-level skills through interaction with the brightest minds in the field.Come As You Are – Your Skills and ProfileThis opportunity is perfect for you if:You have at least 3 year of professional experience in leading national or international firms and/or consulting companiesYou hold a Master’s degree in Economics (LM 77 or LM 56) or Law (LMG 01) with a final grade of at least 100/110You are either a certified Chartered Accountant/Lawyer or intend to begin the professional trainingYou have a good co
