Posizione:

The IT Help Desk Intern will support the daily operations of the IT Department by providing first-level technical assistance to employees across corporate offices, retail boutiques, and international locations. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in a dynamic luxury fashion environment while working alongside experienced IT professionals.

Responsibilities and general duties:
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware,



software, printers, mobile devices, and network‑related issues.
- Respond to and track IT support requests through the ticketing system.
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows and macOS workstations.
- Assist with user account creation, password resets, and Microsoft 365 administration.
- Prepare and configure laptops, desktops, and mobile devices for new employees.
- Support meeting room technology, video conferencing systems, and office equipment.
- Assist with software installations, updates, and system maintenance.
- Document technical procedures and maintain IT inventory records.
- Collaborate with external vendors when required.
- Support IT projects, including hardware rollouts, office openings, and technology upgrades.
- Ensure compliance with company IT security policies and data protection standards.

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer
