Profilo Documentation Specialist - Food Industry Adecco Italia S.p.A., on behalf of a leading company operating in the food industry, is seeking a Documentation Specialist. The successful candidate will join the team and be responsible for managing, creating, and updating technical documentation related to products, ingredients, and packaging, while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and regulatory compliance. Create and maintain product, ingredient, and packaging specifications.
Liaise directly with suppliers and internal stakeholders to collect, verify, and validate technical information. Develop and manage product labeling content in compliance with current regulations. Support documentation compliance activities and data quality processes.
Bachelor's Degree in Food Science and Technology, Chemistry, Nutrition/Dietetics, or a related field. Previous experience, including internships or traineeships, in Quality, R&D;, or Regulatory Affairs is considered an advantage.
Fluent
English,
both written and spoken. Good knowledge of IT tools and systems. Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and SAP is highly desirable.
