Your missions?
Lead and coordinate
OMS and ERP integration projects , ensuring alignment between business and technical teams.
Manage projects involving the integration of a new
Order Management System (OMS)
with internal ERP systems, monitoring interfaces, dependencies and data flows.
Coordinate
Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations rollouts across different markets , working with international and local stakeholders.
Define project plans, timelines, milestones and deliverables, ensuring projects remain on track.
Manage project risks, issues, dependencies and changes throughout the project lifecycle.
Coordinate different stakeholders, ensuring clear communication between business, functional and technical teams.
Support testing, deployment and go-live activities across multiple markets.
Ensure effective project governance, reporting and stakeholder communication.
Your profile?
Degree in Business, IT, Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
At least
5 years of experience as a Project Manager in IT, ERP, digital transformation or system integration projects.
Experience managing
OMS & ERP integration projects , with a good understanding of system interfaces, integrations and data flows.
Experience with
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations rollouts across different markets and multiple stakeholders.
Strong planning, organisational and stakeholder management skills, with fluent English as the working language.
Nice to have
Previous experience managing large-scale,
multi-country rollouts or projects within retail, e-commerce or supply chain environments.

Compensation & Pay Transparency
Gross Annual Salary: EUR 30,000 – EUR 50,000 , depending on experience and seniority.
Freelance option
€220 – €300/day for candidates working through a VAT-registered freelance arrangement.
Applicable CCNL
Commerce Sector (CCNL Commercio).
The salary range has been determined based on objective and gender-neutral criteria.
