As Project Manager, you will lead complex IC development programmes, coordinating multidisciplinary teams to deliver on time, within budget, and to quality standards. You will work closely with engineering, product, and operations to align objectives and milestones, while managing external partners and stakeholders. Verantwortungsbereiche
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of semiconductor development projects
- Manage schedules, resources, budgets and project risks
- Coordinate activities across engineering, product management and operational functions
- Drive communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ensure alignment between development objectives, quality requirements and delivery milestones
- Manage relationships with external partners, suppliers and technology providers
- Provide regular programme updates to senior leadership
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Degree in Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science or a related discipline
- Experience managing semiconductor, ASIC, SoC or complex electronics development projects
- Strong understanding of semiconductor product development processes
- Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional and international teams
- Excellent planning, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Project management certification would be considered advantageous
