Sales Manager
In this role, you will have the opportunity to drive the sales of ABB Motion Drive Products solutions across Lombardia region, supporting customers in achieving their productivity, efficiency, and sustainability goals. You will be responsible for developing business opportunities with OEMs and System Integrators across a wide range of industrial segments.

This role is contributing to the Motion Drive Products Division in Lombardia, Italy.
Achieving sales targets and profitable growth for ABB Drives and Motion solutions within the assigned territory.
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with OEMs, System Integrators, strategic partners, and key industrial customers across Lombardia.
Supporting, developing, and coordinating strategic partners and System Integrators to expand market coverage, identify new business opportunities, and drive sustainable growth aligned with ABB’s commercial strategy.
Building joint business plans with selected strategic partners and managing key accounts to increase market penetration and strengthen ABB’s market position.
Promoting ABB’s complete Motion portfolio, including Low Voltage Drives, Motion Control Solutions, PLCs and Electric Motors.
Identifying new business opportunities and supporting customers in the selection of the most effective automation and motion solutions.
Building and executing account plans to increase market penetration and expand ABB’s installed base.
Preparing technical and commercial offers in collaboration with internal sales support and proposal teams.
Communicating with customers regarding delivery schedules, commercial conditions, and contract requirements in line with ABB policies and strategy.
Supporting marketing initiatives, product launches, customer events, and promotional campaigns to strengthen ABB’s market presence.
