Are you an experienced procurement professional with a passion for fleet management, supplier strategy, and sustainability? Join Vertiv and take ownership of our EMEA Fleet & Mobility category, driving cost optimization, supplier excellence, and the transition towards a more sustainable fleet across multiple countries.
What will you do?
- Develop and execute the EMEA Fleet & Mobility category strategy aligned with business objectives and sustainability targets.
- Manage strategic supplier relationships across vehicle leasing, fuel and EV charging solutions, telematics, and fleet services.
- Lead complex multi-country sourcing projects, contract negotiations, and framework agreements.
- Drive fleet policy harmonization while balancing regional consistency and local requirements.
- Support the electrification roadmap and sustainability agenda for Vertiv’s EMEA fleet portfolio.
- Partner closely with HR, Finance, EHS, and Sustainability teams to deliver business objectives.
- Present fleet performance, KPIs, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
- Utilize digital tools and data analytics to identify optimization opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field. MBA, CIPS, or equivalent certification is a plus.
- 8+ years of experience in strategic procurement or category management, including experience with fleet, mobility, or complex services categories.
- Proven success managing multi-country supplier relationships, sourcing projects, and commercial negotiations.
- Strong understanding of fleet industry dynamics, including leasing models, IFRS 16, EV transition, and telematics solutions.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent English; additional European languages are an advantage.
