Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role:
In this role, you will coordinate development production across frontend and backend sites, ensuring on-time availability of wafers and samples for critical programs while driving process consistency and data quality.
- Plan, release, and monitor development wafer production across sites including Villach, Regensburg, Dresden, and Kulim
- Coordinate end-to-end development sample builds from work order release to shipment across global backend sites
- Serve as the interface between development teams and production facilities,
aligning priorities and resolving constraints
- Create and maintain master data and logistics structures for new products using company planning tools and collaboration with site and project teams
- Create and optimize timelines, scenarios, and material-run plans for sample production, ensuring strong schedule adherence and executing sample forecast planning
- Work in virtual cross-functional teams as the main interface among stakeholders at worldwide manufacturing sites, development and project teams, and quality management
- Improve consistency and traceability across tools with better integration and standardized workflows, leveraging agentic AI to automate decision-making and optimize pipeline performance
Please note that we offer a permanent external contract (staff leasing / "somministrazione a tempo indeterminato") with potential future conversion into a permanent one directly with Infineon.
