- Create value by driving revenue and developing strategic relationships with key customers in Italy
- Deliver revenue targets determined by the Country financial plan
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with Key Customers and influence Bacardi brand positioning in Italy
- Implement the Commercial plan against customer and purchaser programs in the Country Integrated Activity Plan
- Activate Bacardi brands at the point of purchase using Picture of Success
- Drive market share performance in the assigned territory and across the Italian market
- Develop and execute strategies to maximize Bacardi performance with Key Customers
- Interact extensively with Key Customers and travel extensively to maintain stakeholder connections
- Deliver revenue, margin, overhead, profitability, ROI, and value-share targets
- Execute Joint Business Plans, price-pack architecture, annual price increases, and promotional ROI strategy
- Input into country channel, portfolio, and Integrated Activity Plan strategy
- Build long-term Key Customer relationships and provide demand forecasts to Supply Chain
- Drive pay-for-performance with Customers
- Implement Commercial best practices and apply category and shopper insights
- Advise Customers to drive mutual growth
- Identify, develop, and improve new ideas, techniques, procedures, services, or products
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree; Master preferred
- Experience managing Key Account/Customers in a leading FMCG company at national level
- People management experience, including proven coaching and leadership abilities
- Strong track record of delivery with Customers
- Strong negotiation skills
- Firsthand field sales experience
- Working knowledge of sales effectiveness tools, processes, and category management
- Demonstrable track record of performance in Commercial
- Proficiency in Italian is a must, written and oral
- Experience in the Spirits Industry and/or Beverages is preferred
