The IAM Markets Coordination Manager acts as the link between the European Parts & Services organization and local IAM Managers in the G10 markets, ensuring that Independent Aftermarket (IAM) strategies are consistently deployed and executed across multiple countries. The role focuses on sales growth, market performance, pricing alignment, product portfolio management, and coordination of regional initiatives.
Coordinate IAM activities across European markets and National Sales Companies (NSCs).
Ensure alignment between regional aftermarket strategy and local execution.
Support deployment of Supplier Range, EUROREPAR, and other aftermarket product lines.
Coordinate with pricing, purchasing, logistics, marketing, and commercial teams.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Lead cross-functional projects and facilitate communication between central and local stakeholders.
Prepare management reports, KPIs, and business reviews.
Drive adoption of new tools, processes, and commercial initiatives across markets.
Your Qualifications, Skills and Experience
~10+ years of experience in automotive aftermarket, parts distribution, sales, product management, business development, or commercial operations.
~ Experience working across multiple European markets.
~ Degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Marketing, or a related field.
~ Strong knowledge of the automotive aftermarket (IAM).
~ Commercial and business development experience.
~ Project and stakeholder management in multinational environments.
~ Pricing and profitability analysis.
~ Advanced Excel and Power BI skills.
~ Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
~ Fluent English and Italian (at least B2); additional European languages are often an advantage.
