LOCATION
Porto, Portugal (Onsite) – Applicants must already have the legal right to work in Portugal. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
WORKING SCHEDULE
Monday to Sunday; 24/7 rotational shifts; 5 days/week, 8 hours/day
COMPENSATION
- €1,000 gross/month paid over 14 salaries
- €7.63 food allowance per working day
- Welcome Premio - This bonus will be paid in 12 monthly instalments (1/12 per month) during the first year of employment

The Role
As a Customer Support Representative, you will provide professional, efficient, and empathetic support to customers across different markets. You will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, provide accurate information, and ensure a high-quality customer experience.
Your Responsibilities




- Provide professional customer support through verbal and written communication
- Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Support more than one market when required
- Manage and retain large amounts of product and process information
- Troubleshoot customer issues and follow established procedures
- Handle disputes and sensitive situations professionally
- Prioritize tasks effectively and work with strong attention to detail
- Demonstrate active listening and empathy in every customer interaction
- Maintain a high level of service quality in a fast-paced environment

Requirements
- Fluent verbal and written communication in Italian
- C1 level of English
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and prioritization abilities
- Ability to learn, retain, and manage large amounts of information
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to rem
