Your Responsibilities:
Perform excellent & pro-active track of orders and managing processes that are needed for fulfillment stageEnsure policies & procedures such as cancellations, returns, holds (reserved stock) are followed up with all relevant key stakeholders (e.G., CS, Sales, B&M;, Finance)Ensure a clean Orderbook / Contract Orderbook which is managed pro-actively, ensure on time call-off's (contracts), holds management (reserving of stock), follow up with Sales on time to deliver the holds, including tracking and maintenance of orders with the goal to deliver on time and in full according to set prioritiesHelp to resolve credit issues, minimize back orders, manage the remaining to zero through liaising with your counterparts within Finance and SalesFulfil all in- and outbound communication channels and drive pro-active customer-oriented Contact Center according to set KPIs, including the according reflection in the CRM system; this might include Customer Order taking as well as Customer Complaint ManagementMaintai
