Salary up to €55k(fixed + variable) + auto + welfare. ResponsibilitiesCoordinate a team of 4+ Project Managers on real estate projects (acquisition, renovation, energy efficiency).Manage project scopes, budgets, schedules, quality and deliverables. Recruit, develop and manage the project management team. Source and evaluate external suppliers (contractors, subcontractors).Plan monthly, quarterly, semiannual and annual activities. Provide feedback to senior management on negotiations, market conditions, opportunities. Contribute to strategy, process improvement and customer satisfaction. Lead project problem‐solving and opportunity management for own area.
QualificationsBackground in architecture, civil engineering, building surveying or equivalent.
Experience in real estate, construction site management and building services.
Project
Management experience;
certifications are a plus. Knowledge of AutoCAD and construction software is a plus. Strong leadership, strategic planning, budgeting, reporting skills. Autonomous, proactive, results‐oriented, with strong communication and relationship skills.
