Job Description
As the first dedicated engineering hire at Livia, you will architect the foundations of a platform transforming property management. Working closely with the founders, you will build end-to-end features using Next.js and TypeScript, integrating AI to automate complex workflows like document reconciliation and resident communications, directly impacting how thousands of people experience their homes.

What You Will Do
