We are looking for a Sales Lead for Nord-West Italy. In this role, you will be a key player in driving regional sales, managing strategic client relationships, and ensuring seamless project execution within high-value and technical construction environments. You’ll operate at the intersection of business development, technical advisory, and project coordination. Acting as a trusted advisor to clients and partners across the insulation and waterproofing business.
What does success look like?
- Proactively engaging in specification sales and prospecting activities to expand diverse client portfolio’s across a predefined area.
- Expanding the client base and penetrating new market segments.
- Building and maintaining strong, long‑term relationships with key stakeholders including clients, project owners, architects, project developers and strategic installers.
- Ensuring effective project follow‑up, including coordination of deliveries and management of customer claims.
- Product Oversight & Site Follow‑up: monitor ongoing projects to ensure timely delivery and product compliance, quality and customer satisfaction.
- Use data to win: manage pipelines, opportunities, and ensure all client and site interactions through CRM & Power BI to increase efficiency.
- Providing technical & commercial support tailored to client needs.
- Monitoring payment processes and follow up on outstanding balance
