Are you a Manager or Senior Consultant expert in Strategy and Management Consulting (with experience on AI and preferably on Insurance projects)? Reply specialises in the design and implementation of solutions based on new communication channels and digital media. Acting as Senior Consultant/Manager, you will be involved in strategic projects for Insurance clients, playing a key role in helping them reshape and optimize their business and operating models, also leveraging new digital and AI-driven solutions. Specifically, you will support projects focused on business transformation, process optimization, data analysis, and innovative solutions.



You will have the opportunity to lead project workstreams and, at Manager level, projects within the Insurance Industry, adopting a structured problem-solving and innovative approach and leveraging relevant experiences and AI capabilities where relevant. In this role, you will apply structured problem-solving and strong analytical skills to translate business challenges into actionable recommendations, while contributing to the design and implementation of AI-enabled solutions, including AI agents, knowledge workflows, integrations and evaluation approaches. You will take responsibility for the results of your own workstream and, at Manager level, oversee project planning, delivery and profitability in line with agreed targets.
