Full-time, 40 hours per week

What You’ll Do:
As a Sales Associate, you will:
- Provide exceptional customer service by developing detailed knowledge of the product
- Build, develop, and maintain your own client database ensuring customer trust and loyalty, demonstrating the luxury lifestyle image of Jimmy Choo in every step of the way
- Resolve customer complaints promptly by investigating problems, developing solutions alongside the store management
- Support the store operations, such as stock replenishment and organization, VM standards in store, product feedback, and support the team in stock takes
- Participate in and present Jimmy Choo during promotional events and other activities




- Have the opportunity to contribute ideas and suggestions that will support the Store’s performance
