Job Summary:
Responsibilities:
YOU will be involved in the following tasks:
- Interface with internal stakeholders (e.g., supply chain, procurement, legal, finance) to align trade strategies with business goals, providing actionable insights and recommendations for operational execution
- Assess and mitigate trade risks using available tools and stakeholder input
- Monitor customs and trade policy developments and advise stakeholders on their strategic impact on Celanese’s operations
- Support cross-border trade initiatives by collaborating with regional teams and leveraging FTA benefits
- Utilize SAP GTS to manage relevant trade processes
- Facilitate and manage external audits by competent authorities, specifically customs authorities in Germany, UK, Belgium and Italy

Qualifications:
What YOU will bring to the team:
- Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Supply Chain, Law, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in EU trade compliance, customs compliance / operations or similar
- Demonstrated experience interfacing with internal stakeholders (e.g.,



supply chain, legal, finance) to manage operational challenges and drive trade-related outcomes
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and communication abilities.
- Advanced MS office skills
- Experience with SAP-GTS is a plus
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional EU languages (e.g., German, French) is a plus
