We are now expanding the team with an additional Executive Talent Acquisition Partner who thrives in ambiguity, is energised by competing demands, and is credible operating as a peer to senior leaders.
You will work across multiple executive searches simultaneously, often with limited tolerance for delay, incomplete information, and evolving stakeholder expectations.
Success in this role requires resilience, judgement, and the confidence to push back — constructively — when needed.
This role can be based anywhere in Europe.

How You Will Make an Impact:
In this role, you will:
- Personally lead multiple, complex executive search assignments across EMEA, often in parallel and frequently under time pressure.
- Operate as a trusted but challenging partner to Senior Leaders, HRBPs, and other senior stakeholders — balancing influence, diplomacy, and commercial realism.
- Navigate conflicting stakeholder agendas, organisational politics, and unclear decision ownership while maintaining momentum and credibility.
- Design and execute bespoke, research‑led sourcing strategies, including direct search and market mapping, for senior and executive‑level roles.
