We are currently looking for a Site Manager to join Thales Alenia Space Italia, based either in Rome or in Turin. His/her responsibility will cover all the TAS Italian sites of Rome, L’Aquila, Turin and Gorgonzola. The Site manager:
- ensures the availability of packaged services and a coherent set of maintenance services for the buildings and related facilities.
- ensures compliance with regulations, internal regulations and procedures;
- prepares the yearly budget taking into account the business needs, risks mitigation, obsolescence of facilities (buildings and equipment)
- Oversees the sites’ energy consumption and waste management, proposing and implementing the best solutions control and reduce them.
Responsibilities:
- Operational management of the site facilities
- Management of his/her own resources and skills
- Management of infrastructure works in compliance with current legislation
- Moreover the Sites Facilities Management is responsible for:
- Ensuring the facilities management in accordance with TAS and Thales corporate guidelines and coordination
- Ensuring the sites competitiveness and running cost
- Ensuring cohesion of the site teams to achieve performance
- Managing Capex and in his/her perimeter ensuring timely and effective deployment of investments identified.
Key Acitivities
- Manage all the site facilities activities
- Ensure that objectives in his perimeter related to safety, environment and costs are met
- Preparation of the requests (technical and economical) for the works needed on the sites, according to budget
- Manage his/her team and ensure the safety of people
