Your resposibilities
- Create and maintain the procurement policy, ensuring that all purchases comply with it, supported by the SAP S/4HANA system;
- Review all ongoing company purchases to identify potential cost savings and contribute to EBITDA targets (starting from the largest purchases);
- Conduct market research to stay up to date with emerging trends and business opportunities;
- Manage the company fleet and related employee benefits.
- Manage supplier relationships; tracks supplier performance, supply/availability, homologation, pricing, and quality
- Benchmarking current suppliers with better market alternatives, group supplier or creative solutions, testing new purchases and making them a reality
- Collaborating with internal departments to ensure that they fulfil all customer requests.
- Proactively resolves issues (i.e., material shortages, quality issues, etc.) with vendors and internal customers using organizational savvy and critical thinking skills
- Negotiates contracts with key suppliers, provides supplier evaluations and proposes alternative solutions
