Your role

Main responsibilities:
- Provide technical accounting support to local finance teams and GBS coordinators in case of interpretative issues or implementation of new or updated accounting policies or standards
- Review journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations for GBS-managed entities to identify potential issues, areas for improvement and opportunities for standardization
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, Group policies and relevant accounting standards (e.g. IFRS and local GAAP)
- Contribute to the preparation, maintenance and update of the Group Accounting Manual
- Participate in accounting projects and initiatives aimed at harmonization of accounting principles across the EMEA perimeter
- Support accounting integration activities for new entities and acquisitions, ensuring consistency with Group st
