We are looking for our future Director, as part of the launch of a new offering in Italy, becoming a recognized fast-paced growth player on the Italian market in Tech & Digital Services and beyond. As co-founder of the Milan agency, you will represent eXalt's colors, promoting our offering, opening the Milan market, building the local team,
and putting eXalt on the map. The objective is to build a sustainable team of significant size, with solid partnerships with the leading players in Milan, and to open new branches and new verticals.
You have a minimum of 5 years' experience in selling services on the industry side (consulting, IT services firm, specialized consulting firm). Determined and highly personable, you know how to put yourself in your clients' shoes. You have experience managing sales teams and consultants specialized in tech and digital.
