Purpose of the position:
As Integration Management Lead, you will respond to the Corporate top Management and be part of the Corporate Organization. In this role you will manage a dedicated team.
How can you support us? Here below your responsibilities:
- Provide specialist support in the integration process between Saipem and Subsea7, contributing technical, analytical, and methodological expertise.
- Participate in the definition of project roadmaps,
identifying priorities and deadlines while monitoring the progress of activities.
- Collaborate in the collection and analysis of data from the various workstreams and in the preparation of documentation for stakeholders.
- Support the identification and management of project issues and risks, proposing mitigation actions and promoting continuous process improvement.
- Foster a shared corporate culture by supporting common values and encouraging team engagement to ensure effective and sustainable integration.
What are we looking for?
Education:
Master’s Degree in Economics or related fields of study.
Experience:
10+ years of experience leading corporate transformations and integrations within multinational environments.
Languages:
Excellent knowledge of English
What else should you know?
You will have the opportunity to travel abroad based on the projects you will work for and within the project assigned.
