Software Development Technical Coordinator

to guide and mentor developers (including offshore colleagues)



and contribute to multiple projects within MSC Technology’s international ecosystem. The role requires both strong technical expertise and good leadership and communication skills. Key responsibilities Coach and mentor a team of developers , fostering high-quality deliveries. The team includes remote staff based in India. Perform

code reviews , providing technical guidance and ensuring adherence to best practices. Work with

autonomy

and problem-solving mindset,

collaborating with stakeholders

to define requirements (functional and non-functional), and ensuring they are met. Ensure correct adoption of

cloud technologies

and

DevOps practices

(CI/CD, quality gates, observability...) within the team. Leverage and promote

AI-assisted coding tools

to improve productivity and code quality. Required skills and qualifications Full-stack development expertise

with strong proficiency in C#,

.NET ,

Angular

(or React) and

SQL . At least 7 years of experience required. Proven experience in mentoring , training, and overseeing local and remote teams. Experience with

cloud platforms

(Azure preferred) and

DevOps tools

(Azure DevOps preferred). Experience with

AI coding tools

(GitHub Copilot in Visual Studio or VSCode preferred). Experience with

Datadog

is a plus. Excellent

soft skills : communication, leadership, and team collaboration in a multicultural environment. Ability to work on

multiple projects

simultaneously.

The position will be classified within the Employee category, at one of the C2, C3, B1 or B2 levels under the Italian Metalworking Industry National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL Metalmeccanico Industria). The classification level and any additional remuneration components supplementing the base salary will be determined based on an assessment, carried out during the selection process, of objective and neutral criteria such as, by way of example, the candidate’s professional experience, technical skills, level of autonomy and the responsibilities required by the role.
