The Lead TFA Generator Mechanical will serve as the primary technical expert and site lead for the installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial power generation rotating equipment, specifically generators.
You will lead complex field service operations, providing technical direction to teams, ensuring high‑quality execution at customer sites, and acting as a mentor to develop the next generation of field talent. You are the heartbeat of our on‑site customer experience, ensuring that our equipment operates safely, efficiently, and reliably.
