The Role
As a People Operations Specialist at Air Apps, you will be at the heart of our HR and recruiting operations. You’ll ensure smooth and timely delivery of key people-related processes, from recruitment and onboarding to documentation and employee support.
You’ll play a critical role in maintaining a compliant, well-organized, and people-first work environment.
- This is a fully onsite position, based at our office in Lisbon, where you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in person and contribute to a dynamic and fast-paced environment. We are open to support with relocation efforts.
Responsibilities
HR Operations & Employee Support
- Assist with day-to-day HR tasks including payroll coordination, benefits administration, and employee data management.
- Clarify HR policies and respond to employee inquiries with empathy and accuracy.
- Support internal HR initiatives, including company-sponsored people programs and team communications.
- Take ownership of recurring documentation tasks, such as creating and updating internal HR processes, SOPs, and templates to ensure a compliant and well-documented HR environment.
