Planate Management Group (PMG) is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) headquartered in Alexandria, Virginia, and Orlando, Florida USA with a technical support center in South East Asia and East Africa, that provides program management and facilities engineering services worldwide. Planate is a small business provider of planning, design, infrastructure management, technical consulting, engineering, and construction management services in support of the US Department of Defense (DOD) and its Service (Army, Air Force, Navy, Marine Corps) missions, along with other US federal agencies, all over the world.
We are seeking an experiencedProject Planner that will supportsupport Resident Officer in Charge of Construction (ROICC). You will lead facilities planning, real estate, and master planning projects while ensuring compliance with DoD, Navy, applicable codes, standards, and project requirements.
This position is contingent upon contract award of the contract. If awarded,



the anticipated period of performance will be approximately five years with six months potential extension.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage facilities planning, real estate actions, and master planning projects for DoD and government facilities.
- Develop and coordinate planning solutions for multi-disciplinary/trade, vertical, and horizontal construction projects.
- Apply DoD and Navy planning criteria, guide specifications, policies, IBC, NFPA 101, and applicable industry codes and standards.
- Evaluate the impact of architectural and engineering disciplines on master planning and land-use decisions.
- Review and develop technical drawings, specifications, SOWs, and contract document changes for complex planning and design projects.
- Ensure planning and design activities comply with applicable local, state, federal, and host nation laws, codes, and statutory requirements.
