Job Purpose
The Expert Multichannel Specialist Pharmacy is responsible for the implementation and development of digital and multichannel activities targeting the Pharmacy audience.
As part of the Expert Pharmacy Team, this role supports the execution of the digital strategy by ensuring the effective implementation of content, engagement tools, and educational initiatives, contributing to the growth of the professional pharmacy community and the achievement of business objectives. The role also provides operational support to the Expert VMS Pharmacy area, collaborating on the implementation of initiatives dedicated to pharmacy professionals. Reporting to the Expert Pharmacy Manager, this position works closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Commercial Excellence, Medical, Regulatory and external agencies.
