Overview
In this role you drive MES deployment across the business line, translating manufacturing needs into standardized MES solutions. You act as a bridge among manufacturing units, process engineering, and the Process Competence Center to enable consistent, scalable implementations. You lead process harmonization and continuous improvement to boost operational excellence. You collaborate across functions to support project execution from design to stabilization, delivering measurable impact.
Verantwortungsbereiche
- Support local project managers through all implementation phases and monitor progress and escalation points for process activities
- Coordinate stakeholder activities to meet milestones and prepare status updates, deployment reports, and documentation
- Collaborate with Global Manufacturing Manager and Process Competence Center to ensure consistency across deployments




- Work with cross-functional teams (Operations, Quality, Engineering, IT, Supply Chain) and share lessons learned to improve the global MES roadmap
- Lead continuous improvement and alignment with global manufacturing standards during MES deployment

Zentrale Anforderungen
- Bachelor’s degree in electronic, industrial or management engineering
- Good knowledge of Italian and English
- Positive spirit, proactivity, teamwork, speediness, and problem-solving orientation; commitment to delivering results proactivity teamwork problem-solving orientation
- Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) deployment process harmonization data-driven process optimization

Salary: EUR 49500 - 60500 per year
