Design, implement, and oversee the Primary academic program.
Ensure effective delivery of the curriculum and pedagogical methodologies.
Promote innovative, student-centered teaching practices.
Analyze academic results and establish continuous improvement plans.
Teaching Staff Management
Coordinate, mentor, and evaluate the Primary teaching team.
Identify professional development needs and support ongoing training.
Lead pedagogical meetings and foster collaborative teamwork.
Participate in the recruitment and induction of new teaching staff.
