Leica Microsystems, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Finance Manager, Shared Service Accounting, to oversee accounting for Europe including Italy, Spain and Portugal on-site in Buccinasco (Milan). You will lead the team, ensure compliance with local GAAP and tax rules, and partner with business leaders to deliver meaningful reports and drive performance.
The role requires a minimum of 8 years in finance, English fluency, and experience in a multinational environment.
