Job Description
The Engineering Manager represents the technical foundation of Enfinity's development activities, playing a critical role in transforming early‑stage opportunities into technically robust, bankable,
and construction‑ready projects.
This position is responsible for leading the Development Engineering function and acting as the key technical interface between the Development team and PVI, Enfinity's external engineering partner. The role ensures that development requirements are effectively translated into clear and comprehensive engineering scopes, securing timely, high‑quality deliverables that align with Enfinity's standards. Engineering assumptions defined during this phase are essential, as they directly feed into financial models—including CAPEX, P50/P90 estimates, losses, and availability—and lay the groundwork for subsequent pre‑construction design phases.
