A Day in the LifeTo support the Medtronic vision to lead and disrupt the EP market in cardiac mapping and ablation solutions for arrythmia management; we are currently looking for an energetic, dynamic and creative marketeer to help us implement strategic marketing initiatives for the Cardiac Ablation Solutions portfolio.
This will be a Western European role so you will have the opportunity to immerse in different markets, great exposure to KOLs across the region and the chance to make an impact in shaping the future of electrophysiology. This is a strategic role and would be an excellent fit for a highly collaborative,
people-oriented marketeer who is looking for a fresh challenge with a truly differentiated and high-profile product.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned: Own the strategic marketing plan within the Cardiac Ablation Solutions portfolio, positioning Medtronic as a leader in the EP market through bold vision, cross-functional alignment, and execution excellence.
Act as a key strategic interface between global, regional, and country stakeholders, simplifying complexity and ensuring strong alignment across marketing, sales, T&E;, clinical, and operational teams. Translate customer insights and market trends into actionable strategies—defining segmentation, product positioning, and messaging that drives adoption and differentiation.
Build and lead KOL engagement plans, foster clinical community building, and drive market excitement around the Cardiac Ablation
