We’re looking for a global transformation leader who can align markets around common operating standards and lead measurable improvements in repair quality, efficiency, and compliance.
This pivotal role brings together continuous improvement, tooling, training, data,
and cross-functional execution to build repeatable systems and help teams deliver consistent results at scale.You will lead a globally diverse team of project managers in turning complex operational problems into scalable solutions—from diagnosing root causes and testing changes in live operations to validating impact and translating proven practices into global standards.
