The Role
As Spa Receptionist,
you will be the first point of contact for our guests and members, creating a warm welcome and ensuring a seamless wellness experience from arrival to departure. You will play a key role in supporting the daily operations of the Spa, managing reservations, guest requests, and administrative activities while maintaining the highest standards of service excellence.
Key Responsibilities

- Manage Spa reservations and appointments, ensuring efficient scheduling and optimal guest satisfaction.
