What you´ll do
- Coordinates and supports the transport planning process to ensure delivery of goods ontime
- Coordinate with transport planner closely and ensures availability of carriers
- Coordinate with warehouses and Customer Service Control Tower
- Manage express deliveries to cover rush orders
- Keep and assure Master data updates
- Monitor deliveries ongoing via track & trace tool
- Manage transport complaints
- Provide reconciliation of deviations in carrier invoicing with Purchasing / Finance
- Provide transport KPIs reports to support carrier performance review
What makes you a good fit
- Master’s degree in Management Engineering, Logistics & Supply Chain, or related fields
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
- Transportation Customer orientation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of enthusiasm and problem solving skills
- Fluent in English
- MS Office package
