System Engineer (Cyber Security):
TXT Novigo, a leader in IT services for the financial market and part of the TXT Group, is looking for a System Engineer.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a professional with at least three years of hands-on experience in managing Cyber Security solutions, analyzing security events, and administering Windows/Linux infrastructures within enterprise environments.
At TXT Novigo, you will design, implement, and manage cybersecurity solutions, ensuring performance, scalability, reliability, and regulatory compliance. Your responsibilities will include:
Monitoring and analyzing security alerts;
Managing vulnerabilities;
Performing system hardening activities;
Maintaining authentication and certificate management infrastructures;
Automating infrastructure-related tasks through scripting.
You will also work closely with our internal application development teams, providing technical consultancy, supporting them in maintaining security controls, and contributing to the strategic planning of the company's IT infrastructure.

What technical skills should you have?
Advanced networking knowledge, including TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, routing and switching, firewall configuration and management, DNS, and network troubleshooting;
Solid knowledge of operating systems and core infrastructure services, including Windows Client/Server, Linux, Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP;
Hands-on experience with Endpoint Protection and SIEM solutions (e.g., Trend Vision One, QRadar, or equivalent platforms);
Experience managing Active Directory, Group Policy, Certification Authority, and digital certificates in enterprise environments;
Familiarity with Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions such as CyberArk or equivalent technologies.
Nice to have:
Knowledge of industry security frameworks such as ISO 27001, CIS Controls, and OWASP;
Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and related security best practices;
Knowledge of scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python for infrastructure automation, provisioning, and monitoring;
Experience with Cloud and Virtualization technologies, including AWS, Microsoft Azure, Hybrid Cloud environments, Microsoft 365 Administration (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams,
Intune), and VMware vSphere/ESXi;
SQL Server Administration knowledge;
Experience with monitoring, logging, and vulnerability assessment tools;
Familiarity with Endpoint and Patch Management solutions (e.g., Microsoft SCCM, Red Hat Satellite, or equivalent);
Knowledge of Active Directory and Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) best practices.

Gross Annual Salary (RAL): 30.000,00 € - 40.000,00 €
The employment level and compensation package will be defined during the selection process, based on the selected candidate's experience and qualifications, in accordance with the National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL) for the Tertiary Sector – Confcommercio.
